Our greens experienced significant damage at the beginning of the summer. After careful evaluation, we have determined that the best and fastest way to help these areas recover is to move to temporary greens on the most affected greens for the upcoming weeks. The temporary greens will begin Tuesday, August 10.
This will not affect all of the greens. Only the greens that need additional recovery time will be placed on temporary greens, allowing us to continue providing as much of the normal playing experience as possible, while giving the damaged areas the opportunity to heal.
In addition, the chipping and putting greens will also be temporarily restricted from regular use while we focus on their recovery. These practice areas receive a tremendous amount of foot traffic, and giving them time to recover without that traffic is an important part of restoring them to healthy playing conditions.
To recognize your patience and understanding during this recovery period, a discounted rate will be offered while the temporary greens are in use.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding. We look forward to getting the affected greens and practice areas back into full use as soon as possible.
